Classic Coaching Reports

Business admins can create targeted forms for coaching and mentoring between managers and sales representatives. Using Coaching Reports can help ensure employees and managers are having conversations for mentoring and incentive compensation, and can be used to provide an evaluation and constructive feedback.

For example, a manager creates a coaching report for an employee after a ride along is complete to provide an evaluation and to offer constructive feedback. Predefined criteria for evaluating the employee might include strategic planning, HCP relationship, or delivery of key messages. At the end of ride along, the manager coaches the employee based on what they observed and captures the observations in a coaching report.
